Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken cubes
- 4 tbsp Zee Grill & Fry Masala
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2–3 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, combine Zee Grill & Fry Masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and oil. Mix well.
- Add the boneless chicken cubes and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 3–4 hours (or overnight for the best flavor).
- Grilling/BBQ Method:
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, making sure they are spaced out evenly.
- Cook the chicken on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through, juicy, and lightly charred.
- Pan/Tawa Method:
- Heat a little oil in a pan or tawa over medium flame.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is tender and golden brown.
